The combined NSW Health Professional Councils and HPCA Communications Framework sets out the key objectives and principles that will guide and support each Council’s communications activities.

Joint Councils and HPCA three year Strategic and Action Plans 2021 to 2024
This plan sets out the overarching directions for all Councils and the HPCA from 2021 to 2024. The why, how, vision and values are set out in the plan as well as four key strategic areas:
- Expertise
- Engagement
- Effectiveness
- Education and Research
Enablers that support the strategic directions are also identified. These are largely the responsibility of the HPCA.

The joint NSW Health Professional Councils and Health Professional Councils Authority Aboriginal Cultural Safety Strategy 2023 – 2024 aims to improve the experiences of Aboriginal people who interact with the NSW healthcare and regulatory system.
It aims to strengthen cultural safety within the NSW regulatory system through increased participation of Aboriginal people and collaboration with stakeholders.
